The Extruder with our own designed Screw & Barrel and T-Die to provide excellent quality Fibrillated Tape at required denier and production capacity. The Screw is Bimetallic. Available in PLC Base Models and AC Drive Models etc.

Polypropylene film being extruded through a slit die, quenched through Hot Air Oven, sliced into tapes while being stretched and oriented, then being fibrillated, before the tapes are wound up on to separate winders.

Fibrillated Tapes are used to make Twine, Ropes, Baler Twine ( Agricultural threads/ Harvest yarns), Packing Cords, Sewing Twine, Carpet backing, Artificial Lawn or Grass, Concrete Fibers etc.
