In our Extrusion Plant, we use our own designed Screw & Barrel and Die etc. as per individual customer requirements to provide best quality filaments on the required denier and production. The Screw is Bimetallic. Available in PLC Base Models and AC Drive Models etc.

Monofilament is a single round filament for Fishing line, 3d printing filaments, and strimmer wire are common examples of monofilaments. Monofilament yarns are produced using the same process as all other filament extrusion, given the same material.

Monofilaments are using for making Fishing Twine, Fish nets, Rope Making, Filters, Shade Nets, Mosquito net Fabrics, Furnishing Fabrics, Safety Nets, Fences, Protection Covers and strings etc.
